Buuuut this is left.

We need a server. This is priority.
Changelog must be fully completed, please write down a list of changes you know.
Due to only having 3 (instead of 4) capturable flags, flag positions might need a small amount of tweaking. Please send my tile X-Ys if you want any changes.
Writeup a full thread. Detail, no laziness where a link sends you to the SMOD2D info thread (which is now very outdated.)
Should the uncappable spawns have teamgates/unbreakable walls to prevent spawnkilling? Or is the regular spawn protection enough?

Regular spawn protection is enough

I already did most of the changelog, feel free to change it.
Flags have already been tweaked some, feel free to change it.

Hope you like the installer.

Edit: Oh yeah, and the Spawn Menu shows up in standard. Even though you can't do anything with it, (You can only spawn on round start) it's annoying. DB fixed it, and he'll PM you the new .dbe.
